Staying healthy (mentally and physically) is the greatest challenge during lockdown and pandemic.
Coping up with the stress and stay healthy during lockdown due to lockdown may not be an easy task. There may be several burdens like – struggling with financial arrangements, job insecurity, emotional loss, and there may be several other things that may not be in our control. As a result, feeling aimless and empty are common mental issues during this tough time and that can only be avoided by staying physically active.
What we can certainly do is take the utmost care of ourselves. By having the right food, drinking at least 2-3 liters of water a day, and incorporating Yoga or Freehand exercise in your daily routine.

The right amount of sleep is essential for our body to detox, repairing the cells, improve our memories, and process important information. A strict six to Eight hours of sleep is a must to wake up afresh the next morning. Your sleep time may be disturbed as you are not much tired during the day and scrolling through social media pages may keep you awake late at night. Still, going to bed and waking up at the same time each day can help you maintain a sense of normalcy, and this will help you to stay organized and keep good track of your daily plans.
